  • In social studies we learned and wrote about how to create pysanky eggs 
  • In art and social studies we completed our Ted Harrison Iqaluit art by adding inukshuks to our pictures

Highlights: In social studies we drew a picture of the Nunavut flag. We also learned about the "Toonik Festival" that takes place in Iqaluit. We wrote different activities that they do at this festival to celebrate the Inuit culture. Ask me about one of the activities!  In math we learned about all the ways we can make 10.
