 Highlights:

  • In social studies we made and played the spoons like the Acadians in Nova Scotia 
  • In math we solved equations using a number line
  • In music Ms Maguire's class we learned about different instruments 
  • In writing we wrote about the middle part of Stephanie's ponytail 
  • In centres we had a new station called "Wordo." Ask me how I play!

Highlights: In music, Ms. Maguire's class played poison rhythm and beanbag rhythm. Ask me how to explain these games. In art, we drew landscapes just like Ted Harrison. Did you know that he was inspired from living in the Yukon. In writing, we wrote about the Toonik Festival and all the activities they have in Iqaluit.
