Maguire and Wolsey 2nd Grade Adventures

 

Highlights: we tried to build the tallest pile of snow and then we measured it in gym we had Freedom Frenzy (gaga ball, hula hoops and skipping) we wrote letters to our family on the back of our Northern Lights painting  our classroom kindness elf challenged us to say hello to 3 people in the hallway  

  Highlights: We liked that in gym we played freedom frenzy soccer. Ask me how to play making northern lights art in music Ms. Wolsey's class coloured Aiken's drum used the math shakers to play a game with a partner to see who has the greatest number we also played a dice game called PIG 

Highlights: In music, Mrs. Maguire's class read the nutcracker and drew pictures as we listened to the music in the story. Then we played boomwhackers and made our own dance to one of the songs in the nutcracker letter writing to the seniors we got to choose what Grade 2 classroom we wanted to go into and then we did an art hub drawing  we made a robot with ones, tens and hundred blocks and then we counted them altogether Ms. Wolsey's class got to design an animal using the ones, tens, hundreds blocks Reminders: festive hat day tomorrow!
